Our Organization

A description of some of our highlights.

Communications

Our forms of communication are as follows:

Our Facebook Page "Woodlake Estates Subdivision" where a resident may request to become a member by providing their address for confirmation.

Email to residents provided that the residents provide us that information

Postal mail will only be provided to those who specify as such.  It is the least preferred method.

Board Operations

WECA Board of Directors follows a set of By-Laws which are available upon request.

WECA is in good standing with the Secretary of State as a non profit (but not charitable) neighborhood association.

Mission

The purpose of WECA is as follows:

Maintain and improve the quality of our subdivision.

Promote and maintain safety.

Facilitate an atmosphere of neighborhood and comradery.

Assure that deed restrictions and covenants are adhered to.

Funding

WECA is entirely funded by dues paid by residents.  We are not a "Homeowners Association" that mandates participation.

Our goal is to have 100% of the residents as part of the Association as all residents benefit from our efforts.

WECA acts in the interest of all residents regardless of their membership status.
